Marc Dubrule est un spécialiste du Management et de la Stratégie des Marques de Beauté.
Il entre chez L’Oréal en 1986 et occupe divers postes de Direction Générale dans l’entreprise, notamment celui de Directeur Général des Parfums Lanvin, puis de Directeur Général de L’Oréal Luxe en Corée, ainsi que ceux de CEO de Biotherm et CEO de Lancôme.
En 2006, Marc devient Directeur du Développement Stratégique de L’Oréal Luxe et joue un rôle clé dans la signature d’acquisitions et de licences de luxe de la division comme Yves Saint Laurent, ou Urban Decay, ainsi que dans la croissance interne et le succès de la Division au cours de ces dernières années.
Marc Dubrule est nommé Directeur du Développement Stratégique des Divisions Sélectives de L’Oréal (Luxe, CAI, Professional et The Body Shop) en juillet 2013. Il a alors pour mission de développer les directions stratégiques, la croissance externe via différentes acquisitions et licences, la vision prospective et d’assurer les synergies ainsi que les échanges entre chacune des divisions sélectives.
Depuis janvier 2018, Marc Dubrule est Directeur de la Prospective et de l’Intelligence Consommateur du Groupe L’Oréal.

He entered L’Oréal in 1986 and has held various General Management positions since, such as Lanvin Fragrances General Manager, L’Oréal Luxe Korea General Manager, Biotherm CEO, and Lancôme CEO.
In 2006 Marc became L’Oréal Luxe Strategic Development Director before and played a key role in the acquisition and licensing of luxury brands by the division such as Yves Saint Laurent, or Urban Decay, as well as in the internal growth and success of the Division during these past years.
Marc Dubrule has been appointed Chief Strategic Development Officer of L’Oréal Selective Divisions (Luxe, Active Cosmetics, Professional, and The Body Shop) in July 2013 with the mission to develop major strategic directions, external growth by acquisitions or licenses, prospective vision, and synergies as well as exchanges between each of the selective divisions.
Since January 2018, Marc Dubrule has been appointed L’Oréal Chief Prospective and Customer Officer at group level.
